Registration is required for our 5th Annual Prom Dress Boutique Day. Our Registration form is now open (see below). You must select a time slot. Space will be limited.
Only One Student per registration. Please select only one time slot. If we must assign you a new time slot you will be notified.

ATTENTION: We are opening slots for 8th grade middle school girls for our event.
If you are an 8th grader graduating in June 2012, you can register for our event to get a free dress for graduation event.
PAY IT FORWARD! We believe that in life you get what you give. Therefore, we are asking you to Pay It Forward. In exchange for a Free Dress for Prom, we would like all students who register to bring a Birthday party item from our Wish List (see below)!
All party items will be used for our Annual Birthday Bash event which celebrates the birthdays of children living in family shelters.
